In what counties does Mr. Simoes usually practice law?
Primarily in Tulare and Kings Counties; licensed to practice throughout the State.

Although Mr. Simoes primarily practices in Tulare and Kings Counties, he is licensed to practice law throughout the State of California.  In addition to primarily serving the Tulare and Kings Counties he has handled various cases in the counties of Fresno, Kern, San Joaquin, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz as well.

How much does the initial consultation cost?
Initial consultations of approximately 45 minutes can be made by advance appointment.  Consultations are free in some cases, but typically cost $80.00, payable at the time of the appointment.  Prospective clients will be notified at the time their appointment is scheduled about whether a consultation fee will be required.

What forms of payment do you accept for services?
The SIMOES LAW OFFICE accepts cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit/debit cards.
